Suggestions Or Complaints

We are very happy to receive constructive comments and suggestions for improving our service to patients. If you have any concerns about any aspect of our service let us know. Please write or speak to Dr Winayak, Practice Manager or Reception staff who will be happy to help. In most cases concerns can be resolved quite easily, however if you feel we have not dealt with the issues raised and you wish to make a formal complaint, you will need to write in to the Practice Manager who will implement the Practices Complaint Procedure.
